Chocolate, especially dark chocolate or cocoa powder contains L-Tryptophan which is then converted into serotonin, aka love hormone and melatonin, aka sleep promoting hormone thus diminished anxiety. In short, we are more relax and happier after indulged ourselves in any forms of chocolate or cocoa.
